HOW CONSISTENT ARE YOU?

This is a short, calm check-in to help you understand your fitness, nutrition, and routine.

This isn’t a test.

There are no right or wrong answers.

This is simply a way to understand:


• where you are right now

• what’s working

• what’s not

• and what might help you move forward
